About Your Essential Oil Blends

Hello, and thank you for attending the 3rd annual Sunnyside Health & Wellness Festival! It was wonderful seeing everyone and I hope you had a fun morning with all of the great activities provided by SUNI and the many vendors who attended.

If you picked up a goodie bag from our booth, you will have received one of two essential oil blends. Our essential oil blends are hand-crafted and created using ethically sourced, therapeutic grade, organic oils.

These blends have been diluted in organic jojoba oil. They are not intended for use by children under the age of 12. Please use caution as skin sensitivities vary from person to person. 1-2 drops on pulse points or in the palms is sufficient to bring about the desired effects.

Free Bird : This lively blend is invigorating and liberating, inviting us to break free of outmoded behaviors and self-imposed restrictions. It opens up the lungs and the breath for enhanced respiration, increasing the flow of vital energy while providing inspiration and creative visioning for the journey ahead.

Wood Song : This grounding blend is wonderful for meditation and embodiment practices. It can settle an anxious heart, promote restful sleep, strengthen the root chakra, and promote a strong connection to the earth. Its nourishing, stabilizing energy anchors us into the present moment, offering a space of safety, serenity, and belonging.
